este oficial . de astazi NETOPIA are o companie sora in Sillicon Valley care va actiona ca reprezentant (branch office). Dorinta a fost sa expandam serviciile pe care le avem in portofoliu la nivel international in paralel cu explorarea de noi oportunitati de dezvoltare si afaceri. 

 

Un articol de pe site-ul dailybusiness.ro mi-a atras atentia in mod deosebit.  In acesta se vorbeste despre recesiunea de pe piata televiziunilor on-line din .ro dar si de planurile de viitor. Personal am cateva corectii.

1. nu poti vorbi despre recesiune cand nu ai nimic (cele doua trei experimente destinate escului inca de la prima schita nu se pun).

2. sa vorbesti de planuri fantasmagorice cu investitori care arunca fara numar in proiecte pe care cu cateva randuri mai sus le declari moarte, mi se pare cel putin ciudat ca sa nu spun de prost gust.

3. sa arunci vina pe citez "Romanii (ce) nu sunt inca prea interesati de continut video original, plasat
pe site-uri specializate. Ei prefera mai degraba portaluri in genul
YouTube, unde pot vedea pisicute si catelusi simpatici" este impotriva logicii de afaceri dar nu ceva neobisnuit pe meleagurile noastre

 

conculzia. noi suntem de vina ca nu ne-am ridicat la capacitatea proiectelor minunate aruncate in piata fara nici un plan dar o sa ne trezim cand ni se va da peste nas cu servicii in care investitorii strategici vor baga bani. pentru cine ?

pentru ca din ce isi dau cu presupusul domnii cu fiasco-ul, banii se vor investi in generarea de continut si update-ul site-urilor si nu in educarea publicului. 

 

sugestie. ganditi inainte de a pune mana pe creion pentru a schita serviciul pe care il aveti in cap. ganditi la ce cere piata nu la cum puteti adapta ceva deja existent ca sa iasa ieftin. ganditi la avantaje si dezavantaje. cantariti si mai ales consultati-va cu mai muti (din domeniu sau nu).

 

mai mult. dupa ce intampinati o problema incecati sa o rezolvati nu sa aruncati vina pe primul la indemana. daca totusi nu gasiti o solutie asumati-va esecul.

 

cu hei rup nu se face nimic. nu se obtin nici macar rezultate pe termen scurt.

un serviciu interesant ca si companion outlook ce identifica destinatarul/originatorul impreuna cu date de identificare, istoric samd.

foarte interesant. din nefericire eu nu il pot folosi deoarece nu exista varianta pentru mac osX

Startup Ideas We’d Like to Fund

When we read Y Combinator applications there are always ideas we’re
hoping to see. In the past we’ve never said publicly what they
are. If we say we’re looking for x, we’ll get applications proposing
x, certainly. But then it actually becomes harder to judge them:
is this group proposing x because they were already thinking about
it, or because they know that’s what we want to hear?

We don’t like to sit on these ideas, though, because we really want
people to work on them. So we’re trying something new: we’re going
to list some of the ideas we’ve been waiting to see, but only
describe them in general terms. It may be that recipes for ideas
are the most useful form anyway, because imaginative people will
take them in directions we didn’t anticipate.

Please don’t feel that if you want to apply to Y Combinator, you
have to work on one of these types of ideas. If we’ve learned
nothing else from doing YC, it’s how little we know. Many of the
best startups we’ve funded, like Loopt,
proposed things we’d never considered.
